This will take you to our secure web site where you will be guided through the preliminary application process.  Please keep in mind you will not likely need reference material to answer the questions in this application with the possible exception of your spouse’s SS#.

Once you have completed the application an email confirmation will be sent to both you and me.  We will then download the application, order credit, and give you a call to “fill in the blanks”.  

Please provide the basic verification documentation as requested below:

1. Two years Tax Returns

2. Pay stubs, W-2s or other proof of income

3. Bank statements and other assets

4. Credit history

5. Gift letters

6. Photo ID

Please note that these documents are the basis for submitting your loan to the underwriter.  There may be other documents required for underwriter approval.

The more complete your loan file is, the faster we can move it through to Processing and Underwriting. Additional documents may be requested at any time.
